Welcome to The Main Street Ballroom
The Main Street Ballroom is a beautiful and historic two-story facility conveniently located in the heart of downtown San Antonio just half a block from the Riverwalk, San Fernando Cathedral and Main Plaza.
The Main Street Ballroom has two dance floors and can host approximately 400 guests for a seated dinner. Boasting an enchanting view of Main Plaza from its many large windows, The Main Street Ballroom's stone walls, beam ceilings, picturesque columns and hardwood dance floors create a truly uniquely South Texas atmosphere.
Not only does The Main Street Ballroom offer Hill Country charm right in the middle of downtown, but you might be surprised at how truly historic this place is! The building itself is located on the actual campground site that Santa Anna occupied after the fall of the Alamo in 1836. Citizens were brought here to take the oath of allegiance to Mexico.
Due to the tragic fire Main Street Ballroom is closed indefinitely.
