Planning a special event certainly takes a lot of time and effort, so we have a very straightforward pricing structure to help simplify the process.

The Main Street Ballroom and Santa Anna Room

Saturday Rental Fees, Single Ballroom »

  • Single ballroom capacity, 50 – 400 guests

  • Evening Events (6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.), $3,000.00

Saturday Rental Fees, Combined Ballrooms »

  • Combined ballroom capacity, Up to 800

  • Evening Events (6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.), $3,500.00

Sunday & Weekday Rental Fees, Single Ballroom »

  • Single ballroom capacity, 50 – 400 guests

  • Evening Events (6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.), $2,350.00

  • Breakfast (7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.), $1,500.00

  • Luncheon (11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.), $1,500.00

  • Full Day (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), $2,250.00

Sunday & Weekday Rental Fees, Combined Ballrooms »

  • Combined ballroom capacity, Up to 800

  • Evening Events (6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.), $3,000.00

  • Breakfast (7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.), $1,750.00

  • Luncheon (11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.), $1,750.00

  • Full Day (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), $2,750.00

Additional Rental Information »

  • Clients must select one of the outstanding caterers on our Preferred Caterers list.

  • All prices include a $500 refundable security deposit.

  • All rentals include two hours for load-in, and one hour for load-out.

  • Security guards required for all evening events and all events serving alcohol; one guard required per every 100 guests.

  • Rental fee includes used of uncovered Main Street tables and chairs.

  • The non-refundable deposit (half of the use fee) and signed contract confirms a date. 7-day courtesy holds available upon request.

  • Parking is $5 per car.

  • Caterer must provide alcohol. Clients are not allowed to bring in their own.

  • Rental fee discounts available only to nonprofit 501(C)3 organizations with a charitable purpose.

The Radius Center

Rental fees for our banquet facility (the floor space is approximately 4,000 sqare feet) are as follows:

Saturday Rental Fees »

  • Capacity, 50 – 250

  • Evening Events (6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.), $2,500.00

  • Maximum day or evening reception is 4 hours

  • Additional hours must be prearranged; $200.00/hour

  • Security charge: $30.00 per hour per one hundred guests

  • Four hours load-in. Two hours load-out

  • Evening Events (6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.), $2,000.00

With 3 different areas available for rental (either individually or as one combined space), The Radius Center offers many possibilities.

The Gallery »

  • Seats up to 250 people for seated dinner

  • Standing/Cocktail room for approximately 350 people

  • Maximum 4 hour reception

  • Additional hours may be prearranged or charged at $200.00/hour

  • Two-hour load-in time for setup of catering, decorations, equipment, musicians, seating, etc.

  • One hour load-out after for facility cleanup, vendors, and guests to vacate premises.

  • Includes building representative to be present for the event time, set-up time and vacate time.

The Conference Room »

  • Seats 16 people

  • Meeting and luncheon reservations available

  • Additional hours may be prearranged at $50.00/hour

The Café »

  • Hours: 11am – 2pm, Monday through Friday

  • Seats up to 75 people

  • Standing/Cocktail area for up to 150 people

  • Maximum 4 hour reception

  • Additional hours may be prearranged or charged at $200.00/hour

  • Food purchases must be made by approved caterers

  • Two-hour load-in time for setup of catering, decorations, equipment, musicians, seating, etc.

Meetings at Radius »

If your business, club, or organization is interested in hosting a meeting, presentation or performance at Radius, please call our offices to schedule. 210.896.1985.

  • Meetings may be scheduled for 5–250 participants and upon arrangement, may take place in our Conference Room, Cafe Area or Gallery Space.

  • During Cafe hours, 7–2 PM, meetings in the Conference room are free of charge for up to 2 hours with food purchase from Cafe.

  • Rate for Meetings without food purchase from Cafe OR beyond 2 hours: $50.00/hour

Additional Amenities Available For Rental »

  • TV / VCR / DVD player, $50.00

  • Microphone / Podium, $35.00

  • LCD / Notebook Projector, $35.00

  • Wall Projector Screen, $100.00

  • 15 x 18 hardwood dance floor, $1.00/sq. ft.
